Emergencies

 In the event of confronting an emergency such as fire ,smoke, power outages inside or outside of units or active water leaks inside units,  please follow the following steps:

 

In the case of fire or smoke call 911 emergency immediately . Please follow up by contacting Angelo as set out below . 

 

 All other emergencies contact Angelo our Property Manager by phone at 727 282 3987. 

 

If he is unable to answer leave a detailed message describing the issue and follow up with a text . As well, please copy by phone or text to Alan Stoddart at 416 706 2809 . 

 

We have on site coverage 7 days a week from 7 am to 3 pm . In the event of a situation outside those hours, our response time will be the time it takes for Angelo to drive to the property . 

 

Based on our response history, we are very prompt in dealing with issues such as water intrusion .  If you identify the leak is in a supply pipe or fixture inside the unit, please turn off the supply gate if possible .

 

As soon as the source of the water leak is identified we will inform the owner asap, as well we will check the units on each side and the units below .
